Using SprintOps
By creating an account, you agree to use SprintOps for lawful purposes and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for the content your team adds to your workspace.
Your data
You own the content you and your team create in SprintOps. We store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
Free plans remain free. Paid plans are billed monthly by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and reseller of record, who handles payment collection and applicable sales tax/VAT. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings.
Refunds and cancellation
Canceling a paid plan stops future billing but keeps your paid access until the end of the current billing period -- we don't prorate or refund unused time. We don't otherwise offer refunds except where required by law; if something's gone wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, especially while the product is in active early-stage development.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms as the product matures and note meaningful changes here.
