What we collect
Account information you provide directly (name, email, organization), and product usage data generated as you use SprintOps (sprints, issues, comments, and similar workspace content).
How we use it
To provide and improve the product, secure your account, communicate important changes, and -- only with your permission -- send product updates.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share workspace content with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run the service (database, hosting, email delivery, and Paddle, who processes payments and billing details on our behalf), each bound by their own data-processing terms.
Your controls
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time. Contact us and we'll process the request promptly.
Changes to this policy
As SprintOps evolves before launch, this policy will too. We'll note meaningful changes here.
