FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the questions we hear most about pricing, security, and how SprintOps works.

What is SprintOps?

A unified workspace for running Agile software teams: sprint planning, a real-time board, issue tracking, and velocity/burndown reporting in one place, instead of a tracker, a chat app, and a spreadsheet stitched together.

Is SprintOps free to use?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 members, 1 organization, and up to 2 projects, with the full set of core sprint planning, board, issue tracking, and reporting features -- no credit card required to start.

What do I get on the Pro plan?

$6.99/user/month for up to 20 members, up to 3 organizations, up to 15 projects, AI-assisted field suggestions and sprint summaries (300 AI actions/month), and priority support.

What do I get on the Growth plan?

$9.99/user/month for unlimited members, organizations, and projects, everything in Pro, and a higher AI allowance (3,000 AI actions/month).

Do you offer Enterprise plans?

Yes, custom-priced, with everything in Growth plus SSO/SAML, custom integrations, dedicated support, and an uptime SLA. Reach out at justech.dev@gmail.com.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Free plans stay free, and paid plans can be cancelled or downgraded any time from account settings.

Do I have to use AI to use SprintOps?

No. SprintOps is manual-first -- every core workflow works without AI. AI assistance is optional and off by default, and is available starting on the Pro plan; the Free plan stays fully manual.

Is my data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, workspace access is scoped by organization and role, and authentication runs through a dedicated auth provider rather than custom session code.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We don't sell data, and we don't share workspace content with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers required to run the service.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, any time -- contact us and we'll process the request promptly.

Is SprintOps available today?

SprintOps is early-stage and being built in the open; sprint planning, issue tracking, and reporting are usable now.

Where can I get help?

Email justech.dev@gmail.com. Docs are on the way; the product is designed to be usable without one in the meantime.
